My mum lives in another country and has asked me if I can help. Her neighbour is involved in supporting Ukrainian refugees. He knows of a mother and son (13 years) who arrived here but their Horst family had a change in circumstances (she has a surgery coming up). That's all I know. My mum's neighbour knows that I live in the UK and has asked her to ask me if I know of any organisations that could help this family.
How can I best sign post to support this mum and her son, apparently they are already in the UK, in Kent. TIA
