I’ve got adult acne probably due to PCOS. I’m taking prescription meds for that which helps a little but still it’s an issue.

I’m knackered all the time, my hair is falling out , frankly I don’t even know how I still have any. My nails are thin and break easily.

Is there any vitamins, supplements that could help? Im really struggling now. My diet is not bad… obviously it could be better, but I eat quite healthy…

I am 30 and just feel like I need an extra bit of help 😬

I think you should try taking a vitamin b complex and a vitamin c each day. You don't need to get the expensive brands. Try it out and I think you should see some improvements fairly quickly.

Start by taking a multivitamin and iron designed for women. You could also try Omega 3 oil and probiotic tablets.

I take berocca or a supermarket equivalent (vitamin B) and biotin (nails and hair) from Amazon. My nails rarely break and my hair is quite thick now
