We never turn the porch light on because the neighbours complained it keeps them awake. They tend to make a lot of noise in the garden with their leaf blower (I've mever heard one that was SO LOUD) and they use it daily/ every other day and they own a constantly barking dog. This week has been horrendous and my baby missed two days of naps and now the bloody dog is outside again waking her up. AIBU to turn the porch light on every time they're being too noisy again. We've already complained about the noise but nothing changes. Neighbours wife also can't handle the noise but her husband is "difficult" she says.
