Date night help!

Shamelessly posting here for traffic!
So with the rising cost of everything, my family -like many I’m sure - is trying to economise as our wages just don’t seem to go as far any more!
My partner and I enjoy going out for date night meals however we would like to save money by recreating our favourite treat meals at home. Does anyone have any really good recipes for ramen, medium spice level curries and quick-but-delicious puddings please? Also open to any other amazing recipe suggestions!
Also wondering if anyone has any recommendations for things like escape room/quiz games that are suitable for a fun-but-cheap Saturday night in?
Any other suggestions welcome! We live quite rurally so take aways are limited (local restaurants not chains I quite expensive) and the nearest cinema is two hours away so even just the fuel to get there is becoming ridiculous! Any suggestions greatly received!

Recipes I am no good at really - but I love Cards Against Humanity for a game, and there's also a game called 'Tension' that me and my son just die laughing about because of the things you come up with under stress - it's a bit like Joey in Friends - 'A Ghost!'

I’ve heard Simply Cook is good for trying different flavours etc - you get all the spice/flavourings and a recipe. As you have to buy the rest of the ingredients it’s not too expensive but supposedly really nice.
