(Even though Charles gave it)

"Most Gracious Sovereign,
We, Your Majesty’s most dutiful and loyal subjects, the Commons of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, in Parliament assembled, beg leave to offer our humble thanks to Your Majesty for the Gracious Speech which was addressed to both Houses of Parliament."

I should try that next time when someone does says something and I want to thank them for it. Do you think they think I will be taking the piss?

So we have to believe that Johnson, Starmer, Blackford, Donaldson, Saville Roberts and their chums are "most dutiful" "most loyal" and "humble"? I can think of many, many more appropriate adjectives.
