We have neighbours on our street who play loud music every time the sun comes out. The whole street can obviously hear it but no one appears to say anything. I can't sit in the garden. We have to have all doors and windows shut and can still hear it over the TV. I just want to sit in my garden in the summer. However everything I read about unreasonable noise says it is OK til 11pm at night. How is that right?! Every sunny afternoon is ruined. Right now it's 8.45 pm and has Completely ruined my evening for the second time in 4 weekends.
What can we do?! Will the council listen if it isn't night noise? Would the police come out?
