Currently x1 day in office and x4 WFH.
Changing to x2 in office and x3 WFH from June. This is fine.
A colleague on the same team, has used some of their holidays on their x1 day in the office on numerous occasions.. (waste of a holiday but theirs to use as they please)
They also get a full week off when the stat days come round too without being told to work in the office a different day to make up for it.
Reason for post is, I had no childcare two wks ago and my managers told me to do x2 days the next week to make up which i agreed as it was my childcare issues(not the businesses issue) I did my x2 days.. then find out colleague isnt in at all this week Yet Again.. (we both have children and if my childcare isnt able to effect my x1 day surely theirs shouldnt either.?)
So yea not sure how this is fair..?
also not the only annoyed one our team and know nothing likely to be done about it so its annoying and really im just venting!! Arghh.
