Sorry for posting in AIBU, not really sure where this goes.
Just seen that TH and ET will be facing court for sentence reviews, alongside a few other murderous scumbags. Happening tomorrow and Thursday.
Made me wonder again, how is it that he got manslaughter and not murder, or at least incitement for murder?
If the judge accepted that TH also killed Arthur, how is it "without premeditation"? He didn't kill him by accident. They both witheld food and water for such a length of time, that clearly their ultimate goal was murder - after they were done enjoying themselves with the prolongued torture . Adding to that the chilling texts TH sent (such as "end him") and shouting at Arthur about digging his grave (makes me sick just thinking of it), the murder taking place on ET's birthday... How could that be manslaughter?
