...for people who set up regular recurring MS Teams meetings that do not have a 'join online' option in the outlook reminder?

It's only a small thing, but when multiple recurring meetings make you click through to the calendar to find the joining link is it just me that finds it a right pain in the bum when there is the option to make it so simple? Seems to be a failing of my current org that I haven't had to suffer before and it frustrates me on a daily basis!

It depends how you set it up and whether you specify it as an online meeting or not, I think.

Presumably the person setting up the meeting doesn’t realise this is what they’re doing and would be happy to include the link. How about calling them and explaining?

Can you not just click the join in your team's calendar (rather than outlook calendar). I have a few recurring in outlook that the link disappears in, but never had a problem joining from the teams calendar.

I arrange dozens of meetings and I only noticed this week the Join Online option in the reminder. I've no idea how I did it but relieved I did if it's that annoying to not have it.

It's not there, either. I have to open the event in my teams calendar, scroll down the huge amount of endless bumpf that gets duplicated for every event then click the join link.

Admittedly, is probably be less annoyed if this wasn't the daily stand up as well as a number of other departmental ones. It's just such a rigmarole every damn day for a 5 minute meeting.
