has anyone increased Citalopram by 2.5/5mg at a time? I know I need to up my dosage, I have for ages - Iām on the lowest dose - but every time I try to increase the dose the side effects are so horrendous I chicken out. Has anyone increased a minimal amount each day by cutting tablets down? Wondering if this might work for me.
