Had our oven cleaned 2 weeks ago used a couple of times since. Partner has just opened the sliding door and it’s come off and now can’t be put back. We’ve look at the tutorial video but something isn’t working. I’ve messaged the oven cleaner to ask if they know of anyone that fixes ovens or could do it themselves. I think my partners just pulled the door to hard. My partner thinks they the oven company have obviously not put it back properly and should come back and fix it.
