To ask why did you leave healthcare and what did you do next?

1st job in healthcare after graduating. Is very difficult due to culture ( private not nhs). Can't give away too much info.

I got a 1st due to hard work, passion and me being very academic but find the politics etc insane.

I'm just wondering if you decided front line health care wasn't for you, what did u do instead?

I worked as a band 2 in a hospital for over a year and I left due to staff bullying, over worked and underpaid, horrible long shifts and just being treated terribly. I currently worked for an NHS contractor which is a million times better.

I was a band 4, clinical nursery nurse. I left to become a foster parent.
