To keep the gift?

I’ve bought a couple of bits on Boots from their No7 section. I also got a free gift with this order (apparently worth £22.00)
I need to return the whole order as I ordered the wrong product (I ordered 2 of the same thing)

I am basically returning everything I paid for so would I be super cheeky to keep the free gift? 😳

Does it say anything in the Ts & Cs?

I would imagine it says the gift will need to be returned if any of the items purchased are returned. Check their terms and conditions but I can't see you being allowed to keep it or people would do exactly what you are doing to get the freebie for nothing.

If you are returning for a refund, then yes the free gift has to be returned too... If you are returning and swapping the product, for like for like, say a different shade ,then you will be able to keep the gift... I would take it with you when you go in store though .

I used to work for boots. Returns got thrown away so i would keep it

I’ve finally found it in their T&Cs (I swear o looked before posting too but didn’t find anything 😂)
I need to return the free gift which is fair enough, I’ll do that.

@Buzzer3555 I heard that before, it’s such a shame that they do that!!

They will likely charge you full price for the free gift and subtract that from your refund if you don't return the whole order, since it was only "free" based on what you'd bought.
Can you return the whole lot (unopened) and reorder the correct items, and get it "free" again in the new order? Or have you opened some of the items, in which case you can only return part of the order, in which case you have to send the freebie back, or if it's open, pay for it.
