Head CT scan/pregnant 4 week. Should I worry

I had a head CT scan done before which doctor done a urine pregnancy test,which was negative.

Day after that I tested at home and I'm the test was positive. Digital one shows 1/2 weeks from conception

Is it normal to feel so anxious that something happened to embryo as it was so early one when everything multiplies at very fast rate.
Has anyone been in the same sytuation?
could you share your stories ?

If it was your head, there's absolutely no risk. Abdominal and pelvic CTs carry a potential risk but this has never been actually proven.

You should contact the scanner centre and let them know, they will be able to advise you what the risk is

I am trying to get through to them for the past 2 days but will keep trying.
Was wondering if anyone had same experience .
