Posting for traffic as I’m really worried about this. Post menopausal, with severe mittleschmertz type pain every few months. Latest episode was horrific - nausea, feeling faint and bleeding. I haven’t had a period for 12 years thanks to mirena, which was removed 9 months ago. GP concerned enough to book FBC, but waiting lists are so long for scans that I booked a private appt. Nothing sinister found, and bloods didn’t reveal anything either. Everything within normal range including ca125. Consultant couldn’t offer an explanation for bleeding, which is the part of this I’m most worried about. Worried sick in fact. Has anyone experienced similar, or am I overthinking?
