I’m relatively new to working from home regularly (apart from lockdowns), for those of you who have worked from home for a while what’s your routine? Do you enjoy it? What’s your tips for keeping motivated? Do you get lonely?!

I currently only do 1 day WFH, 3 days in the office (work 4 days).

My home day is after my day off, so the morning is generally spent catching up on emails, my team, having meetings (Teams/Zoom/phone), and occasionally breaking away to get a drink, or swap some washing over. It's often my busiest day, and I struggle to finish on time (whereas in the office I have to leave because of childcare commitments - when I WFH, these are done by DH). I will try to exercise at some point - either before work, lunchtime, or if I do actually log off in time.

I like having the flexibility (and no commute), but it's certainly not a skive day (as Jacob Rees-Mogg seems to be indicating).
