AIBU , after only two years LAT that we can have a future?
Partner recently had head injury which has and will impact his ability to be sexually intimate. His injury has not affected his personality.
He will be onBP tablets so I expect that ED will be a feature.
Besides being desperately upset and worried for him, can there be a future for us, from an intimate perspective , in your opinion or experience?

It will take a lot of honest communication. You can still pleasure each other, but unless he does well on the likes of Viagra, penetrative sex might not happen. It's upto you if you can live without it. I am but I'm in my 50's. I couldn't have done in my 30's.

I am late forties and thanks for reply .
We enjoy plenty outside of penetrative sex and erection issues have never featured. We will both struggle with that very much and I'm at a loss as to how go about dealing with this.

Have you been out in touch with Headway? They are really helpful.

if the injury is recent it’s probably too early to know what the long term consequences will be. Millions of people are of BP meds without issue.

best wishes for his recovery and your lives together.
