I read with interest, the threads where people agonise about how often towels and bedding should be washed.
For some, towels should be washed after one or two uses. Bedsheets should be laundered at the very least once a week, more often more often.
Has the latest hike in electricity charges altered your hygiene standards?
Can you bear to use the same towel for more than 2 showers?
Would you tolerate your sheets being changed every other week instead of every other day? I admit right now that my towels and bedlinen get washed when they start to look a bit jaded and mucky, so I'll continue doing what I'm doing. I cannot be accused of draining the world's resources.
Just wondering if the Queens of Clean are having a rethink in view of the rocketing electricity charges.
