Has anyone heard of Enstar?

I'm posting for traffic, but I have £150 being credited to my account from Enstar, I've googled it and it seems to be an insurance company I've no idea why they'd be send me £150?

Anyone got a clue?

Mystery solved (from poster on a different thread), I think it's the council tax rebate.
