I've had an eyelid twitch on one eye for the last fortnight. Not painful but highly irritating.
Not tired, not stressed, caffeine use is about 2 cups a day, I use contacts and glasses ... so AIBU to book an opticians appt ?? Am I wasting time and money Blush
Any tips on how to get rid of it quickly ?!

Definitely go to the opticians, it could be irritation from your contact lenses.
I woke one morning with a very bloodshot outer eye and my optician knew exactly what it was and gave me eye ointment to sort it out.

Try taking a magnesium supplement, an eye twitch can be the sign of a deficiency.

Thanks ☺️
As I'm booking online would I select an eye test ? There doesn't seem to be an eye health check (or something similar)

The eye "health check" is a part of the standard eye test. They'll check your prescription too. Could also be a minor change causing the muscles in and around your eye to strain slightly.
