My colleague is driving me crazy at work she doesn't finish any job given to her. If she answers the phone to a customer she doesn't follow up the phone call she will get someone else to do it (usually me!). Even if I am doing something she will ask me to do it, I will say no i am doing this but still she expects me to stop what I am doing.Even if I tell her she needs to do it she doesn't then the job doesn't get done. She then moans that the job hasn't been completed and will blame me.
We have no manager at the moment and she is driving me crazy.
