36 and starting for the past few months to get pain in some bones?

it’s hard to describe but it started in my arm at the top, now it’s in my opposite thigh at the side and on the opposite leg it’s a pain from the back of my ankle going up to the back of my knee.

it’s a shooting pain almost but it does feel like my bones and not actually muscle.

i don’t work out, I’m not over weight. Generally healthy.

I don’t really know if it warrants the GP as it’s so general but it is starting to bother me even though it’s not excruciating it’s just more I know it’s there.

My mind keeps going to bone cancer which I know is just me panicking.

Any ideas what it could be?

It's very unlikely to be bone cancer but clearly if it's bothering you, go to the GP. There a million things it could be and any advice you get here will be pure speculation. See a doctor.

Could it be your mattress and/or sleeping position?

TypicallyTopically · 25/04/2022 10:40

Have you had covid?

Hmmmm I’ve got an Emma mattress and I’m generally comfy on it

I get bone pain sometimes, I usually have ibuprofen. I do think it's beneficial to take codliver oil and multivitamins, I have started taking magnesium too, too early to say if it helps lol
Speak to your GP if you're worried or it continues or gets worse

Maybe look at your calcium levels?
