a photo slide show with music??
i know some of you wonderful mums are very creative and last minute I have been asked to put together a 2.5 minute photo slide show for our kids basketball team with music!

I have 100s of photos of the kids and need to do a montage …
PowerPoint has been mentioned!
I have a Windows laptop, a Mac laptop and Office etc at my disposal.
What software, app, programme would you use to make it look snazzy!!

If you have an Apple device, use iMovies. It's really easy.
Windows computers also have some options to do this in the Windows Movie Maker.
Not familiar with Android devices, but I'm sure there are apps that help to make a movie. Check playstore.

I use magisto video editor. I pay but you can do a free trial. You put all your photos, choose a style, add music from their library and then the algorithm makes your video. It’s very easy if you don’t need to have the photos in a particular order.

A while back I had trouble converting iMovies to normal PC (Windows). I uploaded to my youTube account (I'm not a YouTuber but had a sign in) and downloaded it.

Things might have improved in the intervening 6 years. DD1's Y2 homework is still online AFAIK but if you have difficulties this was my easiest option.

iMovies was very easy to get the hang of.

Save in mp4 format and it should be playable on any media player I think
