My DD had curry for dinner. CURRY!! I mean a proper one that I cooked (mild but containing spinach, chicken and sweet potato!). She is 11 so it’s about time but it’s been a long time coming. Her eating has always been disordered following horrific baby reflux and I’ve worried about her so much. Her eating (quantity and variety) has improved in leaps in the last 6 months but I’d never have believed she’d eat a whole plate of curry and rice! I need to think of something for tomorrow now!!

Amazing work! Why not try a tagini tomorrow with some cous cous?

Yay! Spinach and sweet potatoes, two of the healthiest veg ever! That is a serious step forward. I had similar with my DD so know how much it means. If she now likes curry it opens up so many opportunities to sneak in the veg. You must be delighted. And a pretty decent cook as well.
