…when someone says things like “[manager’s name] said you have to” when they’re trying to make you do additional work compared to everyone else.

Or putting your name down to do additional work compared to everyone else without asking you and just presuming you will do it.

Or private messaging you to make you do extra work instead of asking you in the team chat?

it’s not gaslighting but is there another word for this kind of thing?
