DS (11) is with his dad for this part of the Easter holiday. We have a court order in place and it should have been the first part of the holiday however his dad booked the wrong week off work so I agreed to change it to this week. However, firstly his dad will not enter into any discussion directly with me and will only get DS to text me - and again this time it is to ask to come back to me later than the agreed Sunday morning (dad agreed on phone with DC before he left last Saturday). He has asked to come back first thing on Monday morning which would make me late for work (cannot do). AIBU to say no, and it will be Sunday morning (can be up to midday) as don't want DS stuck in traffic later on Sunday evening either. (Also annoyed that dad will not liaise with me directly (court order says we have to use Our Family Wizard) and he keeps putting DS in the firing line (DS also is on the spectrum and has ADHD so not ideal to stress him out).
