AIBU stag do idea

So my best guy friend has asked me to be his best woman at his wedding 🥰 over the friggin moon doesn't quite match how I'm feeling. The stag hasn't been arranged yet but I'll be happy (as I'm certain the groom will be) to pass the arrangements onto the ushers. My husband and other good friend will be involved so I won't be in the dark on what gets planned, however being best woman I feel I have to do 'something' to have a giggle at him.
Background is the groom and I are childhood friends and had a joint birthday once. We have had a 30+ year mock debate since about who ruined the cake as we had my little pony on half and turtles on the other.
Would I be unreasonable to decorate the stag venue ahead of time with my little pony decorations, and obviously get a my little pony cake, with a card telling him that my little pony rules! With cash for the first round obviously. Would only use things which could be taken down easily, and the cake is easily eaten. Any other / alternative ideas would be happily received. I feel excited to have my jab at him, but not sure if I'm being unreasonable and should leave everything up to his guy mates.
I know the groom won't be on this site, but if my story is outing to anyone please keep quiet!

Maybe not all of that but I think the cake on its own would be a funny touch

I think that's brilliant OP. What I hate on stag dos is where supposed 'friends' try and humiliate or even hurt the groom (I once chastised a group who had the stag tied up and blindfolded, utterly miserable, outside a bar).

This sounds like harmless fun, acknowledges your long friendship, pokes a little bit of fun at the stag. I can't see what's not to like about it.

Also glad to read you're already married, so aren't setting yourself up for a Ninja Turtle Themed Hen Wink.

Lol true. Although my girl mates did a fantastic job of making me look ridiculous at the time.

I think this would be a real laugh and I'm sure his male friends would greatly enjoy watching him arrive at a My Little Pony festooned venue! It's a good way to gently take the piss without massively humiliating him.

a Ninja Turtle Themed Hen

Might actually do this if I ever get married
