I'm 31, 61kg (seems to fluctuate) and just under 5"7.
I know I am in a healthy weight category but my stomach is still flabby, and I feel like my thighs have grown bigger, as well as my arms.
It's not just that, but I eat far too much processed food, sugary foods etc.
I'm looking for breakfasts that are relatively quick and easy in the morning as I often have to be out the door by 7am.
I dislike most fish and seafood, and very spicy foods.
Just looking for any suggestions really.
I work in an active job, go to the gym once a week currently and walk often but I know I need to up this.
Losing 1/2 stone would be ideal.
