Need a diet plan

I'm 31, 61kg (seems to fluctuate) and just under 5"7.
I know I am in a healthy weight category but my stomach is still flabby, and I feel like my thighs have grown bigger, as well as my arms.

It's not just that, but I eat far too much processed food, sugary foods etc.

I'm looking for breakfasts that are relatively quick and easy in the morning as I often have to be out the door by 7am.

I dislike most fish and seafood, and very spicy foods.

Just looking for any suggestions really.
I work in an active job, go to the gym once a week currently and walk often but I know I need to up this.

Losing 1/2 stone would be ideal.

Sorry didn't really word the title in the best way.
It's also hormonal, feels like for an entire week or up to 10 days before/after my period my entire body bloats, really gets me down

If you're hormonal I'd try and cut down on inflammatory foods such as refined sugar and refined carbs.
I'd seriously consider weight training too.

Thank you I'll look at anti inflammatory foods. Really addicted to sugar, it's awful. Nasty spots on my chin but nowhere else on my face
