It’s just people getting commission if they sign you up? No different to me going online and doing it myself?

I’ve got gas and electric at my house. If I split it up with gas or electric it’s coming up cheaper. Is that possible?

It’s a pyramid scheme so no, it’s not worth it.

It's the lack of transparency, requirement to bundle all services to get a decent price and what I suspect is a commission/referral structure contributing to the savings that puts me off.

So if you just had gas, electricity and a mobile phone, it's probably more expensive than other suppliers.

But if you had gas, electricity, a couple of mobiles and a landline and broadband and got referral commissions by getting friends and family to sign up too, it might work out a good deal.

But I don't want to have to take all my services from one place and I certainly don't want the price I pay to depend on me pestering my nearest and dearest into taking out services that might not be best for them, so I'm not interested.

I always considered it a bit of a scam, probably the air of MLM about it. My colleague is with them and seems to happy with their deal, but I wouldn't. Also, I like to switch suppliers a lot.

I don't like the way the company operates, but we've been relatively happy with them for the past 6 years.
It is good value if you have a number of services with them, but not sure if you only had gas and electric.
If something goes wrong, I've found the customer service to be shocking. When we moved house there was an issue with the bill (their fault) and when they thought it was my issue they cut off my mobile for several weeks until a bill was paid!! The downside to having one supplier for several services.
I'm only with them because of my friend, but when I look around I can't find a better deal with other suppliers.
