Spotify premium family account - when we don't live under the same roof

I have two teens - we love our Spotify Premium family account and have taken time to build our libraries etc. However, the kids will be moving away to university in September, and they are reluctant to give up their Spotify accounts. When they go to university this will mean we are no longer under the same roof. I know that the rules stipulate we must all live under the same roof if we are to use the one premium family account, so I'm a bit at a loss as to what to do...

Has anyone been in this position? Can Spotify actually check if we all live under one roof?!

It’s a new rule. When we signed up to it, it wasn’t in place. On that basis I think it’s morally fine. Anyway, won’t your children continue to live with you in the holidays?

They will pop home for holidays etc but one is studying nursing so limited time off, and the other will be moving with her boyfriend so not sure how frequently she will come home...
