Sickness bug

Sorry in posting here but hoping for fast answers.

I've been throwing up every hour since 2am. I'm so thirsty 😭 ie there any tips or tricks to keep water down?

Sip water, don’t gulp it.
Try sucking ice cubes.
Try sucking ice lollies.
Ask some to get you some 7Up. It contains electrolytes ( or it used to, might have changed over the years) Drink this when you’re no longer vomiting.
Tell yourself this will pass!! Hope you’re better soon.

Ice pops, teaspoon by teaspoon of water, in terms of electrolytes - Coca Cola - it contains ingredients that will help you keep it down plus a lot of the ingredients are used in anti nausea medication is US. Feel better soon! X

I don't drink anything until I'm sure the stomach irritation has subsided. Then I take teeny tiny sips of orange juice with salt & sugar dissolved in it. Hot water bottle on tum. Hope you feel better soon!

Well that was a nasty 24 hours but thankfully a quick recovery!! Thanks for all your advice! If anyone is in this situation I cannot recommend flat full fat sprite enough! Thank you @Xpologog for that!!!
