Found this in my Victorian terrace garden - any ideas as to what it is?

Marked a grave of a child buried in the garden?

Tulipvase · 16/04/2022 16:23

Oh possibly @MichelleScarn

That would be sad @LampLighter414

@Cherrysoup

Old doll?
It could be a child’s toy - I’m thinking it’s not as old as it looks though.

I think its a frozen charlotte

milkyaqua · 17/04/2022 03:08

What does it feel like, weight, heft? Depending on material it could be as old as it looks... which to me is centuries earlier than Victorian!

SuchAsSeals · 17/04/2022 03:24

I'm no expert, but the fashion of the dress (the shape of the collar) and hair doesn't look much older than Edwardian or Victorian, to me. But I could be wrong. It's interesting. I hope you can identify it!

I agree re the dress/hair.

It’s clay/terracotta type material. Quite light actually.

Yes, it does look similar actually. I’ll look at more photos.

Thank you.
