Covid tickly cough driving me nuts!!

On day 3 of covid, and the tickly cough is driving me insane! Im using vicks, buttercup syrup, hot drinks and my blue inhaler (have v. mild cough variant asthma) and I can't stop bloody coughing!!! Has anyone else had this?

No it's not just you.

I had covid a month ago and had exactly the same thing.

Now I have all the symptoms of covid but worse and it's not covid the tickly cough is DRIVING ME INSANE!!

The only thing that relieves it is extra strong Tunes.

I found ibuprofen helped. No idea why and it may have been a coincidence, but I slept better after taking it.

It's so annoying, I sympathise!

Strepsils blackcurrant are the only thing that has helped my tickly cough attacks

I'm almost 3 weeks post covid and the tickly throat is still keeping me awake at night

Thanks all. Honestly I think if it wasn't for the cough I'd pretty much be OK. My little girl is basically asymptomatic, fortunately.
