To think I am paying too much for gas and electric?

Before the increase I was paying £145 a month. Now its £250 a month. I logged into my app last night and I am £632 in credit, I dont understand?!

Tbh nobody can say based on that information. You need to know your usage, whether you're on a fixed plan, what the tariff is and so on. For what it's worth, at the end of January we were £750 in credit when our fixed plan ended . Now we're only £300 in credit and that's after I upped our direct debit from £89 to £200 a month.

Also have they been charging you monthly? We pay monthly but they only take the money from our account when we've given a meter reading. We've just gone from £400 in credit to over £100 in debit for 2.5 months with giving our last reading

Same as me. Was £240 the. £160 now £270 a month

I’m in credit ,guessing if will build up over summer

Then sept or Oct as heating goes on and bills sill be £350 a month over winter exp no. Dec jan feb it will even out
