To get naked in full view of my neighbours?

They’ve installed huge patio doors which look directly into my bedroom.

AIBU to exact revenge? 😃

I'm not sure id be brave or evil enough to inflict that on them. But I may be tempted to set up a projector on the opposite wall so they had full view of the porn I would be playing 24/7.

duskyspringfield · 15/04/2022 15:44

Weird people! You could have some fun with this OP!…

trollopolis · 15/04/2022 15:45

Is it likely to scare or excite them?

What are the chances of footage being posted to the local FB page ?

Chely · 15/04/2022 15:45

Crack on

They shouldn't be looking in anyway

Souquet · 15/04/2022 15:46

@TibetanTerrah 🤣 top idea!

Very likely @trollopolis!

Definitely not BU!

They get big windows at their own risk. Wink

PonyPatter44 · 15/04/2022 16:25

What about putting something on the lining side of your bedroom curtains that says "Go Away!" when you close the curtains?

Fab idea- and they are quite cheap now Plus flashing lights- full disco effect
TibetanTerrah · 15/04/2022 20:31

Seriously though OP, what window coverings do you have on your window now? Blinds? Curtains?

carefullycourageous · 15/04/2022 20:35

How close is it? I would put some screening in front of it at your boundary line.

Brunosaiditlookslikerain · 15/04/2022 20:36

I think constant flashing blue lights in your window is completely reasonable in these circumstances.

dudsville · 15/04/2022 20:42

They may not have thought it through. I say this from experience! In my old house my back door was a solid wood door to the right of the property, exiting from the kitchen. When I had the kitchen done I moved the door to the left side of the property and installed glass French doors. Fancy! Now, it turns out there were lots of reasons why this was a bad idea. The sun shining in onto my shiny new floor through the shiny glass was entirely overwhelming. But my disappointment and discomfort was immense when I sat down and looked out and realised I could basically now watch my neighbours telly.

crackingreward · 15/04/2022 20:43

Don't you have curtains Confused

ComtesseDeSpair · 15/04/2022 20:51

If their windows are opposite yours then the size of the windows doesn’t really make much difference as to whether they can see in to yours. Surely on the contrary it just makes it easier for you to see into their room?

Frankly I wouldn’t mind it if you were my neighbour. DP and I would just pass comments - and not all of them necessarily complimentary - every time we saw you naked, so it seems like a bit of an own goal for you.

Littlewhitedove · 15/04/2022 21:20

You could get a couple of high intensity spot lights and shine them into their patio doors from your window. They'll be blinded and close their curtains/blinds.

Nah, turn the projector around and play it straight into their house.

This is proper evil thinking. Do it.
