AIBU to retaliate?

So i have a reactive dog. I cannot take him to normal groomers so we found a really lovely mobile groomer who will come to our house and wash my dog out the front of the house in her van.

My front door directly opens out on to the pavement and in front of that is 4 visitor spots in a row. She usually parks her van in one of these and washes the dog.

Today when she turned up i see my neighbour out speaking to the groomer and a exchange of words happening. I go out and ask whats wrong and the groomer says my neighbour was extremely rude and essentially told her she had to move her van as the water coming from the drain is making a puddle where my neighbour parks his car. Bearing in mind its all visitor parking and no one owns the rights to that parking. She moved it but the be all and end all of this is that she isnt willing to do any more grooms for us. He has driven the one person away that my dog actually likes and is excited about seeing.

Now the visitor space that my neighbour parks in floods no matter what... rain... floods... so why hes all of a sudden got arsy over some water from a dog bath i dont know. He said it takes 2 weeks to drain everytime she turns up but that is actual bollocks.

Now im a pretty reasonable neighbour, next door make a tonne of noise and i have never once complained. Ive thrown balls back ive done neighbourly things, ive let them hang stuff off our fence line. I now feel like im no longer going to be a reasonable neighbour... i now feel petty. AIBU to now not hold back when my walls are shaking from the noise and report them each and every time there is a noise disturbance.

Am i petty? Im incredibly pissed off now i have to find a new groomer and do new introductions all over again.

Report the noise issues. Would the groomer do it in your home or back garden/yard? lts physically safer to avoid face to face confrontations that could escalate over the grooming van doing the groom there. I'm thinking of th neighbours row that escalated to murder in the Daily Fail this week.
