To ask what's on everyone's Easter weekend menu?

Food planning for the weekend and looking for inspiration!

Pea and mint soup, followed by spinach roulade with warm green vegetables and fondant potatoes (I think, still undecided on that front, last year we did dauphinoise), and then simnel cake to finish.

Thai takeaway tonight
Stuffed peppers and salad tomorrow
Falafel, hummus, halloumi, tabbouleh on Sunday

I like what I consider my traditional food for Easter so fish pie for dinner is currently in the oven and Easter Sunday is lamb two ways (the usual roast leg and a slow cooked shoulder). Nigella has a flourless chocolate Easter cake I have been making for years. We will probably do a BBQ tomorrow night though as weather is nice which certainly isn’t what I grew up with 😁
