Missed bdays during covid, are you bothered?

AIBU...

I'm sorry this is so petty but is eating me up thinking about it...

3 of my friends turned 30 in 2020 and missed their birthday celebrations. We are finally getting round to celebrating with our original plans I.e afternoon tea etc that had been previously planned.

One of my friends bought some 30th birthday balloons and decorations, the girls are now turning 32. She wanted everyone to contribute to buying the balloons £15 each...

Im all for re-arranging the original plans and celebrating the belated 30th birthdays. But personally I think it's silly to have and pose with 30th Birthday balloons 2 years later, and I haven't got a job at the moment so that feels like a really unnecessary expense for me when I'm having to watch every penny...

The girl organiser is saying I'm not a good friend because I'm not bothered about celebrating their bdays. I am, I just think all the extra decorations aren't needed...

My 30th was the year before so covid didn't effect me, but if it did, I genuinely would feel silly standing with a 30th balloon for a picture 2 years on. AIBU?
