Nervous for new workplace tomorrow

Going into a nursing home as a HCA via an agency, my first day after complete training.

I've worked in residential/nursing before but only as permanent staff. I'm quite nervous and worried that people will have negative ideas of agency staff. I certainly don't get paid more than them in any case.

I know the good thing is that if for whatever reason it goes badly then I don't ever need to go there again.

Does anybody else do/has done this role, or as a nurse perhaps? Any words of advice?

No advice, but it's tough being the newbie no matter what.

Just go in and give it your best, and hopefully your colleagues will be delighted to have another pair of hands on deck!
Bring a nice packet of biscuits for the tea-break/ice-breaker!
And good luck 🍀
