Yes. I had it during lockdown (was 56 and never had anything like it before) I rehomed a dog (not sure if that is an answer for everyone though)

Yes, I've felt like that lots of times. Sometimes it comes and goes and sometimes it lasts longer. Don't feel scared to go to your GP and get some help, or use one of the many hellplines if there's no family or friend to talk to. People understand.

Thanks all (we will b getting a dog in the summer! But hopefully I'll have snapped out of it by then. I hate feeling like this) :)
