That I can get rid of this horribly bloated face in three days?
Skin looks grey and I feel so haggard looking.
Any quick fixes?
Do facial massage work ?
Thanks

Lots of water and minimal added sugar.

Book a facial or diy at home

Your face is just hungover. It won't last long at all.

Cleanse thoroughly, ideally with a cream/balm/lotion cleanser massaged over the skin and removed with a hot damp flannel for exfoliation. Apply a hydrating serum and a moisturiser and drink loads of water. You could also use a brightening and/or hydrating sheet mask before bed for an extra boost.

Loads of water - wholesome food and early nights. I’ve also been using The Body Shops 3in 1 Tea Tree scrub - it’s like liquid sandpaper 🤣🤣 I bought it to shift some stubborn folliculitus but have found it leaves my face really bright and glowing.

Lot's of water. No alcohol or sugar and early nights. Eat really healthily and use a rehydrating face mask on the third day

Slug life! Add a layer of Vaseline on your face last thing at night, over your moisturiser. You'll wake up with baby soft skin.

Lots of water. Low carb - no bread/pasta/rice/sugar.

Lots of light foods - eggs, fish, chicken and plenty of veg. Soups. Salads.

Good quality sleep.

Lots of water, a really steamy shower (not in that sense, get your mind out the gutter!) then some cool packs on the eyes.

zararocks · 11/04/2022 13:03

Thank you all so much
