Update for Android 999

Had an update recently, in the last few days I have contacted 999 about 4 times, please advise as I don't know what I am doing wrong.

I’ve had this problem too. It’s something to do with hitting the power button to many times. I’ve now gone into settings and emergency SOS where 999 is stored under notify for help, I’ve taken the number out so I can’t inadvertently call it.

According to google, hitting the power button five times in quick succession generates an emergency call. I did not know this!

Huh! It does! 🙈 It also generated a very loud alarm noise from my phone - not ideal if you're trying to make a 999 call for your own safety...
