Stupid on so many levels.

Screwcorona · 10/04/2022 21:32

RomeoMcFlourish · 10/04/2022 21:33

No. It’s complete nonsense.

comealongponds · 10/04/2022 21:35

To switch off the power at 10pm tomorrow night http://www.mumsnet.com/Talk/amiibeingunreasonable/4525882-To-switch-off-the-power-at-10pm-tomorrow-night

jesusmaryjosephandtheweedonkey · 10/04/2022 21:37

It's just an absolute pointless waste of time.
Will do nothing. Will prove nothing.
Just a complete waste of time

SonicBroom · 10/04/2022 21:37

Nope. We’ll be in bed anyway. What’s the point?

Merryoldgoat · 10/04/2022 21:39

Ffs.

finebutfedup · 10/04/2022 21:41

MurmuratingStarling · 10/04/2022 22:04

No.

Toottooot · 10/04/2022 22:09

Any evidence this actually happened in Spain and they got the desired result? Nah doubt it.

Dogknowsbest · 10/04/2022 22:14

The ultimate statement would be to go without electricity between 10 and 4pm every day which I'm doing already. What good will 10 minutes do.

WeDontShutUpAboutBruno · 10/04/2022 22:16

Its akin to clapping for the NHS on your doorstep.

Let's people have their 5 minutes on social media, but, in reality, means fuck all.

LadyLothbrook · 10/04/2022 22:24

It will be popping up on people's Facebook memories next year and people will cringe at themselves.

gogohm · 10/04/2022 22:33

No because plenty of equipment stays on all the time including a monitor for dsd who has epilepsy. Takes ages to turn everything off then on again 15 mins later! Dies nothing, we already have a utilities bill half many here on Mumsnet when considering house size because we only have essentials on

iheartmybeachhut · 10/04/2022 23:12

Total load of bollocks and as about as much use as clapping the n.h.s.
