I'm in a management position at work in a safeguarding team, feeling so overwhelmed as we are so short staffed and caseloads so high, which could result in risky practice
Most staff locum and frequently change jobs every few years, wanted the stability of a contact for annual leave, pension etc but now with lower pay it just is not worth it and feeling trapped
Feel like leaving to take on a locum position which is closer to home, but so confused about what to do when I feel so unsafe
