To be selfishly looking forward to this afternoon

My good friend of 22 years gets married today.Im going on my own and having cocktails food and dancing with people I haven't seen for years.Dh doesn't know bride or groom and ds 8 would be bored shit less.All I have to do is think about what drink to have next and I can't wait!

It's not selfish to look forward to something and enjoy yourself. Maybe you should plan a few more activities like this where you get a break and some fun!
