My dd is now 10, for years she has expressed she doesn’t want to sss or stay at her dads. I explored this so many times but she only ever expressed that she missed me and whilst her dad is more regimented and I am not he really loves her and I felt he was able to amend some things for her so I felt this was normal. If she was really upset and crying and wasn’t consoled I woood sometimes keep her with me which of course upset him.
Lately my dIghter has started to say his partner shouted at her quite badly before she had her own kids but now doesn’t. She also says that her dad smacks his kids on the back, legs and hand and shouts at them and this has always scared her, although he hasn’t hit her.
She also says that they drink quite a lot on the evenings
