Question about Morrisons home delivery (first time user!)

I've booked my first ever Morrisons food shopping delivery for tomorrow and paid 2 days ago at time of placing the order online. I've had a text confirmation of the delivery coming tomorrow BUT the money I paid for the order hasn't yet been debited from my bank... It's not even showing in my pending transactions.
I'm a bit puzzled... Do they debit AFTER delivery?

Because you won't be charged for any out of stock items and substitutions (if you've agreed to that) might vary the cost

Yes in case of subs or refunds etc. I really rate Morrisons, never had issues other than being 10 mins early or late.

Good luck...I've only used them once for delivery.

Had my 'receipt' at 8pm and a message to confirm my delivery between 10-11pm.

At about half 10 I had another message saying they were unable to make my delivery...no apology or explanation.

Called customer services who said it was an issue at the individual store. Called them and they had no idea what was going on much less how to resolve it.

Eventually had a call at 2pm the following day 'do you still want your shopping?'

Needless to say I told them in no uncertain terms what they could do with it and haven't used them since.

Our payment has always gone to pending just before midnight on the night before our collection or delivery date then actual payment taken on delivery (or collection).

This last time they took an extra 5% which hadn't happened before which was apparently to cover any substitutions. We had one item totally cancelled and now over a week after our delivery we still have around £10 pending because of it.
