My toes are not too bad it's my fingers that are driving me to distraction!

Nelson's chilblain cream. It's brilliant. Don't be put off by the fact it's marketed as a homeopathic remedy, it's full of actual working ingredients like witch Hazel. (Side note: Witch Hazel is also very good on its own). The chilblains I get on my toes in the winter make me want to rip my feet off and this cream is amazing!

Not heard the piss remedy before 😂

Snowfire; it’s like a solid ointment in a stick like a massive lip balm. Most chemists have it, or Amazon stock it.

Foot specialist here,
Sudocrem, balmosa, snowfire. The latter two are specifically for chilblains. In the meantime gentle heat,NO extremes of temperature.

its a bit late to tell you but my experience was that the only treatment for chilblains is prevention. I used to suffer terribly as a teenager because I wore thin soled shoes and thin tights. Warm socks and thick soled shoes in the winter = no more chilblains
