I don’t know if it’s just me but I seem to be catching bug after bug at the moment. Any tips on how to boost immune system and to generally feel well?

Vitamin D3 (4,000 iu is the upper level recommended by the nhs, unless advised by your doctor)
Vitamin C
Zinc
Elderberry syrup

Generally cut down on ultra-processed foods, sugar and alcohol, which can deplete the immune system.
Fresh air
Moderate exercise
Try to get a good 7 - 8 hours sleep per night
Minimise stress

Sleep! Regular quality sleep.

I started taking Wild nutrition vitamins when I was ttc (now pregnant) and despite being really unwell with HG I've otherwise been better this winter/spring than any I can remember. DH and DD have both had rotten colds but I seemed to either avoid them completely or brush them off easily. Could be complete coincidence of course!

Cut out processed food. Start the day with porridge oats and fruit, then have as many different fruit & veg as possible. Tinned, fresh, frozen. Eat wholemeal pasta & bread rather than white.
Lots of fluids and plenty of sleep.
