Paula Patton's fried chicken

Celebrities live in their own world, Paula Patton, an American actress, producer and was Robin Thicke was married to her.

She uploaded a vlog on IG(now closed comments on this vlog, understandably so - people went on to Twitter to make fun of it) of making fried chicken and was excited telling followers it was her mum's recipe and how she(mum) would be proud of her. She even told us it was cleaned with an exaggerated African American accent, and prayed for it.

But she did not season the chicken before coating and burnt it. In the end, she tasted it and went "hm oh, very good".

I found it all laughable, but why do celebrities live in their own world and like to create personas? It's clear she can't cook or at least not as confident - but how in the hell do you make fried chicken but no seasoning?

Sorry I really don’t understand what problem you have with this. She cooked it to her own recipe, or maybe she forgot the seasoning and did it when she remembered. She did it on instagram, she’s not on a tv show or writing a book!

And that is her accent I wouldn’t pray over chicken but maybe she does?

Yes there was a slight emphasis on the cleaning with the accent. 😂

The chicken doesn't look particularly delicious but she seems nice and she's wearing a jumper made of granny squares
